The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एवं स्थिते जगज्जाता बान्धवाः शतशो गताः ।
पितरो मातरश्चैव भ्रातरः सुहृदस्तथा ॥ ३१ ॥

evaṃ sthite jagajjātā bāndhavāḥ śataśo gatāḥ |
pitaro mātaraścaiva bhrātaraḥ suhṛdastathā || 31 ||
