The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

ज्ञोऽसि त्वित्थं तदखिलाः सुहृद्बान्धववासनाः ।
संत्यजासत्स्वभावस्य का नाम किल भावना ॥ ३२ ॥

jño'si tvitthaṃ tadakhilāḥ suhṛdbāndhavavāsanāḥ |
saṃtyajāsatsvabhāvasya kā nāma kila bhāvanā || 32 ||

You have known the truth, and must give up your knowledge of untruth, together with the thoughts of your friends and relatives, all which are unreal in their natures.
