The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.14.52

रामानुभवनीयस्य तथानुभवितुः स्वयम् ।
अवलम्ब्य निरालम्बं मध्यं मध्ये स्थिरो भव ॥ ५२ ॥

rāmānubhavanīyasya tathānubhavituḥ svayam |
avalambya nirālambaṃ madhyaṃ madhye sthiro bhava || 52 ||

Rama, place yourself in the position of your thought or power of thinking, which lieth betwixt the thinker and thinkables; support your soul on the supportless soul of all, and remain steady in your meditation.
