The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मनो नास्ति महाबाहो मा मुधोप प्रकल्पय ।
अनेन कल्पितेन त्वं वेतालेनेव हन्यसे ॥ ४३ ॥

mano nāsti mahābāho mā mudhopa prakalpaya |
anena kalpitena tvaṃ vetāleneva hanyase || 43 ||

Never entertain in your imagination the vain bugbear of a mind, which has no real existence of its own; and beware of this false belief, which may betray you like the ideal ghost of children.
