The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अनारतमृतावस्मिन्ननारतसमुद्भवे ।
संसारसंभ्रमे युक्ता न तुष्टिर्न च दुःखिता ॥ ३५ ॥

anāratamṛtāvasminnanāratasamudbhave |
saṃsārasaṃbhrame yuktā na tuṣṭirna ca duḥkhitā || 35 ||

The wise can have no cause for their joy or grief, in this continued course of incessant births and deaths of the living world.
