The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

नित्यमन्तर्विचारस्य पश्यतश्चञ्चलं जगत् ।
जनकस्येव कालेन स्वयमात्मा प्रसीदति ॥ ७ ॥
nityamantarvicārasya paśyataścañcalaṃ jagat |
janakasyeva kālena svayamātmā prasīdati || 7 ||
It was by his inward cogitations, that Janaka found the transitoriness of the world; and by placing his faith in the unchangeable Spirit, he found its grace in time.
