The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चित्त चातुर्यमेतस्माद्भोगाभ्यासकुसंभ्रमात् ।
त्यज जन्मजराजाड्यजालजम्बालशान्तये ॥ १४ ॥

tyaja janmajarājāḍyajālajambālaśāntaye || 14 ||

Abandon, O my heart! thy shrewdness in pursuing after the objects of thy desire; in order to avoid the snares of disease and death.
