The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मिश्रीभूतमिवानेन देहेनोपहतात्मना ।
व्यक्तीकृत्य स्वमात्मानं स्वस्था भवत मा चिरम् ॥ २४ ॥

miśrībhūtamivānena dehenopahatātmanā |
vyaktīkṛtya svamātmānaṃ svasthā bhavata mā ciram || 24 ||

How are ye lost to your souls by blending with your bodies, expand the soul from under the earthly frame, and you will be quite at rest with yourselves.
