The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

समाधिसंस्थमेकान्ते मुनिमात्मपरायणम् ।
दूर एवाननामासौ रामो विनतकन्धरः ॥ ५ ॥

samādhisaṃsthamekānte munimātmaparāyaṇam |
dūra evānanāmāsau rāmo vinatakandharaḥ || 5 ||

Having arrived there, they found the sage entranced in his meditation in his lonely solitude; and lowly bent down their heads before him from a respectful distance.
