The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वसिष्ठो राघवश्चैव राजानो मुनयो द्विजाः ।
इति चक्रुः स्वकार्याणि तथा स्वगृहवीथिषु ॥ २ ॥

vasiṣṭho rāghavaścaiva rājāno munayo dvijāḥ |
iti cakruḥ svakāryāṇi tathā svagṛhavīthiṣu || 2 ||

Even Vasishtha and the other saints, sages, and Brahmans not excepting the king and the princes, were all engaged in their holy services at their own houses.
