The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.1.10

वसिष्ठोक्त्या परिज्ञातस्वात्मनीन्दुकलामले ।
लक्ष्मणे विलसल्लक्ष्ये शिक्षावलविचक्षणे ॥ १० ॥

vasiṣṭhoktyā parijñātasvātmanīndukalāmale |
lakṣmaṇe vilasallakṣye śikṣāvalavicakṣaṇe || 10 ||

Laxmana who was well versed in all learning, shone as a digit of the bright crescent moon, with the internal light of Vasishtha's instructions, and the radiance of his Spiritual knowledge.
