The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चन्द्राग्नितपनालोका घटकाष्ठादिसन्निभाः ।
प्रकाशनीयाश्चिद्रूपत्विषो मलकणास्तथा ॥ ४८ ॥

candrāgnitapanālokā ghaṭakāṣṭhādisannibhāḥ |
prakāśanīyāścidrūpatviṣo malakaṇāstathā || 48 ||

The fire, moon and the sun, appear as the fuel in a furnace, requiring to be lighted by the blaze of the intellect, as every opaque atom in nature.
