The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यद्यदालोक्यते किंचित्कश्चिद्यत्तन्न विद्यते ।
ईप्सितानीप्सितादन्यन्न तत्र यतते जनः ॥ ३० ॥

yadyadālokyate kiṃcitkaścidyattanna vidyate |
īpsitānīpsitādanyanna tatra yatate janaḥ || 30 ||

Of all things that are observed in the world, there is nothing among them which may be truly desirable, and is to be sought after by the wise.
