औदासीन्यादनिच्छत्वान्न भुङ्क्ते न करोति च ।
समग्रालोककारित्वाद्भुंक्ते देवः करोति च ॥ ४ ॥

audāsīnyādanicchatvānna bhuṅkte na karoti ca |
samagrālokakāritvādbhuṃkte devaḥ karoti ca || 4 ||

From its secludedness and nolleity, it neither does nor receives any thing; but its universal pervasion, makes it both the actor and sufferer.
