Verse 4.54.6

संकल्पमात्रं हि जगज्जलमात्रं यथार्णवः ।
ऋते संकल्पमन्या ते नास्ति संसारदुःखिता ॥ ६ ॥

saṃkalpamātraṃ hi jagajjalamātraṃ yathārṇavaḥ |
ṛte saṃkalpamanyā te nāsti saṃsāraduḥkhitā || 6 ||

It is the accretion of our desires which forms the world, as it is the accumulation of waters which makes the ocean; you have no trouble without your desire, and being free from it, you are freed from the miseries of the world.
