The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

असंकल्पनमात्रेण स्वेनेवाशु विनश्यति ।
श्रेयसे परमायस्य नाशत्वेन तु संभवः ॥ २६ ॥

asaṃkalpanamātreṇa svenevāśu vinaśyati |
śreyase paramāyasya nāśatvena tu saṃbhavaḥ || 26 ||

But no sooner it ceases to foster its desires, than it ceases to exist, and loses itself in that state of Supreme bliss of which there can be no end.
