The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.52.1

श्रीवसिष्ठ उवाच ।
कदाचिदथ मार्गेण तेन कैलासवासिनीम् ।
अहं स्नातुमदृश्यात्मा व्योमवीथीगतोऽगमम् ॥ १ ॥

śrīvasiṣṭha uvāca |
kadācidatha mārgeṇa tena kailāsavāsinīm |
ahaṃ snātumadṛśyātmā vyomavīthīgato'gamam || 1 ||

Vasishtha continued:—It was on one occasion that I passed by that (Dasura's) way in my invisible body, to bathe in the heavenly stream of mandakini (milky way) in the etherial regions.
