The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

निबिडदलनिवाहभिन्नकोशैः कुसुमलतानवमण्डपैरुपेतम् ।
पुरमिव गगने कदम्बवृक्षं खगकुलनागरसंकुलं ददर्श ॥ ३४ ॥

nibiḍadalanivāhabhinnakośaiḥ kusumalatānavamaṇḍapairupetam |
puramiva gagane kadambavṛkṣaṃ khagakulanāgarasaṃkulaṃ dadarśa || 34 ||

The kadamba arbour appeared as the garden of paradise, having alcoves under its thickening boughs, and grottos formed by the flowery creepers below it; while the birds of heaven hovered about it as its perpetual inhabitants.
