The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.48.11

सस्यसंकटसीमान्तः पुरोपवनमण्डितः ।
कमलोत्पलकह्लारपूर्णसर्वसरित्तटः ॥ ११ ॥

sasyasaṃkaṭasīmāntaḥ puropavanamaṇḍitaḥ |
kamalotpalakahlārapūrṇasarvasarittaṭaḥ || 11 ||

Here the wide fields were full of corns and grains, and the skirts of the land were beset by groves and arbours; and the banks of rivulets were fraught with the lotuses and water lilies in their bloom.
