The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.46.7

अतो राघव तत्त्वज्ञो व्यवहारेषु संसृतेः ।
नष्टं नष्टमुपेक्षस्व प्राप्तं प्राप्तमुपाहर ॥ ७ ॥

ato rāghava tattvajño vyavahāreṣu saṃsṛteḥ |
naṣṭaṃ naṣṭamupekṣasva prāptaṃ prāptamupāhara || 7 ||

Therefore, O Rama! be truly wise in thy conduct in this world; shun the transient as they are transitory, and lay hold on whatever offers of itself unto thee.
