The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मनःप्रकल्पिते भग्ने हृदि विस्तीर्णपत्तने ।
वृद्धिं चोपगते ब्रूहि किं वृद्धं कस्य किं क्षतम् ॥ ३५ ॥

manaḥprakalpite bhagne hṛdi vistīrṇapattane |
vṛddhiṃ copagate brūhi kiṃ vṛddhaṃ kasya kiṃ kṣatam || 35 ||

Say Rama, what things you call as entire or broken, or to be growing or decaying, when these ideas are but the formations of your sound or unsound mind or the working of your fancy.
