The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

बुद्धिसत्त्वबलोत्साहविज्ञानैश्वर्यसंस्थितः ।
स एव भगवान्ब्रह्मा सर्वलोकपितामहः ॥ ३१ ॥

buddhisattvabalotsāhavijñānaiśvaryasaṃsthitaḥ |
sa eva bhagavānbrahmā sarvalokapitāmahaḥ || 31 ||

He, the lord Brahma was the progenitor of all beings, and fraught with the qualities of strength and understanding, activity, dignity and knowledge.
