मनः संपद्यते लोलं कलनाकलनोन्मुखम् ।
कलयन्ती मनःशक्तिरादौ भावयति क्षणात् ॥ १६ ॥

manaḥ saṃpadyate lolaṃ kalanākalanonmukham |
kalayantī manaḥśaktirādau bhāvayati kṣaṇāt || 16 ||

The same becomes the living soul, and is fraught with various desires in itself, of becoming many:—aham bahu syama.
