The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.44.11

यस्मादेष विभुर्ब्रह्मा पद्मकोशगृहस्थितः ।
तत्संकल्पक्रमेणैव ततः स्थितिमुपागता ॥ ११ ॥

yasmādeṣa vibhurbrahmā padmakośagṛhasthitaḥ |
tatsaṃkalpakrameṇaiva tataḥ sthitimupāgatā || 11 ||

We see the mighty lotus-born Brahma situated in the cell of that flower, and find it to be the effect of the good thoughts he had in his mind.
