The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यदिदं दृश्यतां यातं मानसं मननं महत् ।
असन्मात्रमिदं यस्मान्मनोमात्रविजृम्भितम् ॥ २२ ॥

yadidaṃ dṛśyatāṃ yātaṃ mānasaṃ mananaṃ mahat |
asanmātramidaṃ yasmānmanomātravijṛmbhitam || 22 ||

All this immensity, that appears to sight, is but the picture of your mistaken thought;it is all unsubstantial, and a mere manifestation of your deluded mind only.
