The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

परां निर्मलतामेति संविदाकाशगोचरः ।
राजतेऽतितरामच्छो जीवादित्यो महोदयः ॥ ६१ ॥

parāṃ nirmalatāmeti saṃvidākāśagocaraḥ |
rājate'titarāmaccho jīvādityo mahodayaḥ || 61 ||

The sphere of our consciousness becomes as the clear sky; and the luminary of the living soul, shines as brightly over it as the midday sun.
