The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.31.26

ब्रह्मेवेदं परं शान्तमित्येवानुभवन्सुधीः ।
अपह्नवः स्वानुभूतेः कर्तुं तस्य क्व युज्यते ॥ २६ ॥

brahmevedaṃ paraṃ śāntamityevānubhavansudhīḥ |
apahnavaḥ svānubhūteḥ kartuṃ tasya kva yujyate || 26 ||

The intelligent man, who believes that the supremely quiescent spirit of Brahma, pervades the whole universe, is not to be led away by any from his firm belief.
