Verse 4.30.17

विचित्रयोनिसंरम्भमनुभूय पुनःपुनः ।

vicitrayonisaṃrambhamanubhūya punaḥpunaḥ |

Having thus passed over and over into various births, and being transformed again and again to be reborn on earth, they are rolling like waves of the sea to all eternity.
