The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

घनघुंघुमपूरितान्तरिक्षा क्षतजक्षालितभूधरा धरा च ।
रुधिरह्रदवृत्तिवर्तिनी वा भुवनाभोगगुहा तदाकुलाभूत् ॥ २९ ॥

ghanaghuṃghumapūritāntarikṣā kṣatajakṣālitabhūdharā dharā ca |
rudhirahradavṛttivartinī vā bhuvanābhogaguhā tadākulābhūt || 29 ||

The sky was filled with violent sounds, and the earth and its mountains, were washed by torrents of blood;the blood-sucking goblins danced on all sides, and filled the cavity of the world with confusion.
