The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.28.13

उन्नादवज्रमकरोत्करकर्कशान्तःक्षुब्धाब्धिवीचिवलयैर्वलिताचलेन्द्रैः ।
आसीज्जगत्सकलमेव सुसंकटाङ्गमावृत्तिभिर्विविधहेतिनदीप्रवाहैः ॥ १३ ॥

unnādavajramakarotkarakarkaśāntaḥkṣubdhābdhivīcivalayairvalitācalendraiḥ |
āsījjagatsakalameva susaṃkaṭāṅgamāvṛttibhirvividhahetinadīpravāhaiḥ || 13 ||

The hydraulic engine sent forth floods of weapons, whirling as whirlpools, and sounding loud as the rattling thunder; and sweeping the hills and rocks in their current.
