The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

देवास्तानपु तस्याशु जघ्नुस्तेन स कोपवान् ।
जगामामरनाशाय परिपूर्णे त्रिविष्टपम् ॥ २६ ॥

devāstānapu tasyāśu jaghnustena sa kopavān |
jagāmāmaranāśāya paripūrṇe triviṣṭapam || 26 ||

The Devas destroyed these also in a short time; when the leader of the demon band pursued his enemies to their station above the heavens.
