The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

उदरश्वभ्रनिक्षिप्तस्वान्नेष्टा भक्ष्यतत्परा ।
दीर्घकण्ठबिलोद्गीर्णवातसंरम्भशब्दिता ॥ ११ ॥

udaraśvabhranikṣiptasvānneṣṭā bhakṣyatatparā |
dīrghakaṇṭhabilodgīrṇavātasaṃrambhaśabditā || 11 ||

The belly is the storehouse, which is eager to receive the delicious articles of food; and the long lungs of the throat, are blown loudly by the internal winds.
