Verse 4.18.37

cinmātratāṃ tāmajahadeva darśanadṛkmayam |
antaḥsvānubhavaścaiva jagatsvapnaṃ prapaśyati || 37 ||

The ideas of self and others, are as granules in the mind, and are like the grains of salt, which are produced in the briny grounds from moisture of the earth (i.e. saline particles, produced of terrene and marine serosity). So the multitudes of thoughts in the mind, are exactly as the globules of salt or sand on the seashore.
