The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.15.31

प्राणापानप्रवाहेण प्रविश्य हृदयं भृगोः ।
क्रमेण वीर्यतामेत्य संपन्नौशनसी तनुः ॥ ३१ ॥

prāṇāpānapravāheṇa praviśya hṛdayaṃ bhṛgoḥ |
krameṇa vīryatāmetya saṃpannauśanasī tanuḥ || 31 ||

This wind entered into heart of Bhrigu in a flux of the vital and circulating breaths, and being joined in time with the semen, formed the germ of Sukra's body.
