The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

विलीयते मनोमोहः सच्छास्त्रप्रविचारणात् ।
नभोविहरणाद्भानोः शार्वरं तिमिरं यथा ॥ ५ ॥

vilīyate manomohaḥ sacchāstrapravicāraṇāt |
nabhoviharaṇādbhānoḥ śārvaraṃ timiraṃ yathā || 5 ||

Those who are awakened to sense, and whose sins are washed off; have their understandings purified by the light of the sastras.
