The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

मृणालिकापाण्डुरया धारावभृतमांसया ।
नासाग्रास्थिकया वक्त्रे कृतसीमाकृतिं दधत् ॥ ९ ॥

mṛṇālikāpāṇḍurayā dhārāvabhṛtamāṃsayā |
nāsāgrāsthikayā vaktre kṛtasīmākṛtiṃ dadhat || 9 ||

The nose was shriveled to a dry stalk, for want of its flesh; and the nose-bone stood as a post, dividing the two halves of the face.
