The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.6.6

ऐरावणकटामोदविरक्तमधुपश्रुताः ।
इमास्ताः काकलीगीता गीर्वाणगणगीतयः ॥ ६ ॥

airāvaṇakaṭāmodaviraktamadhupaśrutāḥ |
imāstāḥ kākalīgītā gīrvāṇagaṇagītayaḥ || 6 ||

He heard the sweet hum of bees, giddy with the perfumed ichor, exuding from the proboscis of Indra's elephant; and listened to the sweet strains, sung by the chorus of the heavenly choir.
