The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 4.1.23

बीजे किलाङ्कुर इव जगदास्त इतीह या ।
बुद्धिः सा सत्प्रलापार्थं मूढा श्रृणु कथं किल ॥ २३ ॥

bīje kilāṅkura iva jagadāsta itīha yā |
buddhiḥ sā satpralāpārthaṃ mūḍhā śrṛṇu kathaṃ kila || 23 ||

Those who attempt to show the existence of the world, in the form of a germ in the mundane seed; maintain a very silly position, as I shall now explain unto you.
