The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

नाभिवाञ्छति नो द्वेष्टि देहे किंचित्क्वचित्पुमान् ।
स्वस्थस्तिष्ठ निराशङ्कं देहवृत्तिषु मा पत ॥ ५८ ॥

nābhivāñchati no dveṣṭi dehe kiṃcitkvacitpumān |
svasthastiṣṭha nirāśaṅkaṃ dehavṛttiṣu mā pata || 58 ||

The soul residing in thy body, neither loves nor hates aught at any time; therefore rest in quiet, and fear naught for what betides thy body, and engage not thy mind to the actions of thy body.
