The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.118.19

पार्श्वस्थबोधिताः सन्तः सर्वाचारक्रमागतम् ।
आचारमाचरन्त्येव सुप्रबुद्धवदक्षतम् ॥ १९ ॥

pārśvasthabodhitāḥ santaḥ sarvācārakramāgatam |
ācāramācarantyeva suprabuddhavadakṣatam || 19 ||

These men being roused from their deep meditation by intruders, betake themselves to their secular duties, like men awakened from their slumber.
