The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.118.13

भूमिकापञ्चकाभ्यासात्स्वात्मारामतया दृढम् ।
आभ्यन्तराणां बाह्यानां पदार्थानामभावनात् ॥ १३ ॥

bhūmikāpañcakābhyāsātsvātmārāmatayā dṛḍham |
ābhyantarāṇāṃ bāhyānāṃ padārthānāmabhāvanāt || 13 ||

By practice of the said fivefold virtues, as also by the feeling of self-satisfaction and inward delight (spiritual joy); man is freed from his thoughts and cares, about all internal and external objects.
