The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

अहो नु चित्रं पद्मोत्थैर्बद्धास्तन्तुभिरद्रयः ।
अविद्यमाना या विद्या तया सर्वे वशीकृताः ॥ ४ ॥

aho nu citraṃ padmotthairbaddhāstantubhiradrayaḥ |
avidyamānā yā vidyā tayā sarve vaśīkṛtāḥ || 4 ||
Rama said:—O wonder! that the want of ignorance should subdue all things, as if it were to bind the huge hills with the thin threads of lotus stalks.
