The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भ्रमस्य जागतस्यास्य जातस्याकाशवर्णवत् ।
अपुनःस्मरणं मन्ये साधो विस्मरणं वरम् ॥ ४२ ॥

bhramasya jāgatasyāsya jātasyākāśavarṇavat |
apunaḥsmaraṇaṃ manye sādho vismaraṇaṃ varam || 42 ||

It is better, O good Rama! to distrust the delusions of this world, and disbelieve the blueness of the sky, than to labour under the error of their reality.
