The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

तां महापदवीमेकां कामप्यधिगतं चिरम् ।
चित्तं चिद्भक्षितं कृत्वा चित्तादपि परो भव ॥ १८ ॥

tāṃ mahāpadavīmekāṃ kāmapyadhigataṃ ciram |
cittaṃ cidbhakṣitaṃ kṛtvā cittādapi paro bhava || 18 ||

The mind being long practised in its highest duty, of the cultivation of divine knowledge, becomes extinct in the intellect, and is elevated to its higher state of intellectual form.
