The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

स्वसंवेदनसाध्येऽस्मिन्संकल्पानर्थशासने ।
शान्तायामत्र वपुषि पुंसः कैव कदर्थना ॥ १६ ॥

svasaṃvedanasādhye'sminsaṃkalpānarthaśāsane |
śāntāyāmatra vapuṣi puṃsaḥ kaiva kadarthanā || 16 ||

All bodily pains of men are quite at an end, no sooner the mind is at rest, after the removal of mental anxieties by means of true knowledge.
