The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.109.2

जनाः केचन निष्क्रम्य सकलत्रसुहृज्जनाः ।
गता देशान्तरं व्योम्नः शरदीव पयोधराः ॥ २ ॥

janāḥ kecana niṣkramya sakalatrasuhṛjjanāḥ |
gatā deśāntaraṃ vyomnaḥ śaradīva payodharāḥ || 2 ||

Some of these men went out from that place, with their wives and children, in search of some new abodes in foreign lands; as the clouds disperse and disappear from the sky, after the rainy season is over.
