The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

उत्थायास्तरणं वस्त्रं तत्तदास्फोटितं मया ।
हस्तिचर्मद्वरेणेव संध्यानृत्यानुरागिणा ॥ ३५ ॥

utthāyāstaraṇaṃ vastraṃ tattadāsphoṭitaṃ mayā |
hasticarmadvareṇeva saṃdhyānṛtyānurāgiṇā || 35 ||

Having got up from my mossy bed, I shook off my bed cloth, like the god Siva tossing about his elephantine hide at his giddy dance in the evening.
