The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सदश्वमेनमारुह्य भुवनं विहर प्रभो ।
स्वप्रतापाहितानल्पशोभामुर्वीं रविर्यथा ॥ ३९ ॥

sadaśvamenamāruhya bhuvanaṃ vihara prabho |
svapratāpāhitānalpaśobhāmurvīṃ raviryathā || 39 ||

Do you my lord ride upon this horse, and wander at your pleasure with full lustre on earth; as the sun shines forth in splendour by his revolving round the heavens.
