The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.101.27

निर्मुखेनान्धसस्तत्र भुक्तं द्रोणशतं सुत ।
विप्रभुक्तावशेषं तु भुक्तमन्धो नृपात्मजैः ॥ २७ ॥

nirmukhenāndhasastatra bhuktaṃ droṇaśataṃ suta |
viprabhuktāvaśeṣaṃ tu bhuktamandho nṛpātmajaiḥ || 27 ||

The mouthless Brahman took a hundred dronas of the rice and eat it up, because he devoured the child and youth, and the princes took the remainder of the Brahman's food for their diet.
