The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 3.101.25

द्रोणैर्नवनवत्या तैस्तस्यां द्रोणेन चान्धसः ।
तत्र द्रोणशतं हीनं रन्धितं बहुभोजिभिः ॥ २५ ॥

droṇairnavanavatyā taistasyāṃ droṇena cāndhasaḥ |
tatra droṇaśataṃ hīnaṃ randhitaṃ bahubhojibhiḥ || 25 ||

Then these gluttonous princes cooked in it a large quantity of corn for their food; amounting to a hundred dronas minus one, for subsistence of their whole life-time.
